The one-hour workshop is designed for groups of up to 30 people, blending Art and Therapy. Participants will have the opportunity to express themselves creatively through painting while integrating positive affirmations. This process fosters both self-expression and emotional well-being, creating a supportive and reflective environment as well as encouraging participation by all members attending.
The small focus groups are designed for individuals needing close attention and support, particularly those going through challenging life stages, such as bereavement, behavioral issues, or learning difficulties. These sessions provide a safe space for participants to express themselves creatively, helping them navigate their emotions and challenges through therapeutic art activities..
This 4-week workshop is designed for 5-6 individuals who need close attention and support, including those with challenging behaviours, or those affected by bereavement, loss, or disasters. Each session includes a combination of meditation, affirmations, journaling, and art to help participants process their emotions and experiences. The aim of these sessions encourage positive thinking and tackling self esteem and behavioural issues.
Our interactive sessions incorporate both Art and Therapy techniques, along with physical activities and team games. Participants also have the chance to win prizes, with goodie bags up for grabs
